add How can I download your videos?

All the downloads can be done within the PLAY'A App. The downloads go into the app and you can always find your favorite videos in the app. For a better experience, we recommend streaming the videos and you can basically stream any quality from 4K to 8K. But in case you have low speed internet, you also have the option to download into the app.

add I can't log in. The website says that my account has been blocked.

Your account may have been temporarily blocked due to suspicious activity, such as logins from multiple devices or browsers.

Please check your email for unblocking instructions. If you can't find the email, contact our customer support.

Please remember that sharing your account is against the rules and could result in permanent suspension.

add I forgot my login or password!

After typing in your email, you can retrieve your login details by clicking on "Lost your password" on the VR Bangers login page. If you haven't received your password, make sure to check your spam folder to see if it's there.

You can manage all your subscriptions by visiting the payment processor website you signed up through, either EPOCH or SegPay.

You can find all the information related to your account, including your username and member ID/Purchase ID, in the confirmation email sent to you by the billing agent. Please check your inbox for messages from either Epoch or Segpay.

To change your payment method, please contact our official billing partner assigned to you during signup: Epoch or CCBill. You can find the name of your payment processor in the confirmation email sent to you after purchase.
