OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on January 26, 2024 at 10:00 am, Los Angeles time, through March 4, 2024 at 10:00 am, Los Angeles time, log on to https://vrbangers.com/ for the Crazy Survey 2024 Raffle and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. You may enter only once. You shall not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to everyone 18 years of age and older as of January 26, 2024 who is an active member of https://vrbangers.com/, except for employees of Swearl, LLC (“Sponsor”); its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”); and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited, including, but not limited to, in the following countries: Afghanistan, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Bonaire, Brazil, Canary Island, Cayman Islands, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Ghana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Lesotho, Malaysia, Mexico, Montserrat, Morocco, Namibia, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, St. Barthelemy, St. Eustatius, St. Kitts/Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin, St. Vicente, Suriname, Tanzania, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turks & Caicos, United Arab Emirates, Venezuela, Vietnam, Virgin Islands, Ukraine, UK Virgin Island-Virgin Gorda, and Yemen.

4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about March 6, 2024 by Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Declaration of Eligibility and Release within 15 days of the date notice is sent or that other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s username for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants hereby waive any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above might not apply to you. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk email, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise nonfunctioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error that might occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.

6. PRIZES: One Grand Prize: Meta Quest 3 128 GB (Asgard’s Wrath 2 Bundle). ARV: $500. 25 First Prizes: $20 Amazon gift cards. ARV: $20. Total prize value: $1,000. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: California law governs all adversarial proceedings arising out of the official rules or the sweepstakes. As the exclusive means of bringing adversarial proceedings to resolve any dispute arising out of these official rules or the sweepstakes, the entrant may bring such a proceeding in the United States District Court for the Central District of California or, only if there is no federal subject matter jurisdiction, in a state court of California sitting in Los Angeles. Entrant hereby waives any claim that a proceeding brought in accordance with this paragraph 7 has been brought in an inconvenient forum or that the venue of that proceeding is improper.
